Our two-year rotational programme is designed for exceptional graduates from finance, engineering, law, or economics. Rotations cover procurement advisory, financial modelling, project monitoring, and contractor relations — with a structured mentor assigned for the full programme duration.
4 RotationsExperienced Hire
Lateral hires join specific practice areas based on current project pipeline and client demand. Experienced advisors with DFI, EPC, or government advisory backgrounds are integrated into live engagements within two weeks of joining.

Our primary office in Upper Hill hosts all practice group heads, the finance and operations team, and the majority of our advisory consultants. Proximity to the financial district, DFI offices, and key government ministries makes it our strategic base.

Our Mombasa team supports the customs advisory practice, SGR corridor projects, and port-related infrastructure engagements. Roles here involve direct liaison with the Kenya Ports Authority, Kenya Revenue Authority, and logistics sector clients.
