Our technical syndicate reviews your submission against our four non-negotiable eligibility criteria: track record ($50M+ projects), ISO certifications, financial liquidity, and mobilisation capacity. This is a pass/fail filter — contractors who qualify proceed; those who do not receive a written explanation and guidance on what is needed to qualify in future.

Qualified contractors are matched to specific projects in our 48-project pipeline based on sector expertise, contract model capability, geographic experience, and financial capacity. You receive a confidential Project Matching Report identifying the specific projects we recommend for your profile. All parties execute a standard mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Under NDA, shortlisted contractors receive exclusive access to the full Request for Proposals, technical drawings, environmental impact assessments, geotechnical surveys, financial models, and project authority contacts. This is a closed-door process — RFP documents are not publicly available and are only shared with pre-qualified contractors who have signed NDAs.
